Disclaimer

Effective date: 29 September 2026

Axiom Engine is a decision-support and scenario-modelling tool. It does not guarantee business results and should not be treated as professional financial, accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice.

1. Scenario modelling, not prediction

Axiom Engine calculates scenarios from the information, assumptions, formulas, and relationships supplied to it. A scenario shows what the model produces if those assumptions hold. It is not a promise, forecast, guarantee, or assurance that the outcome will occur.

2. Input quality matters

Results are only as reliable as the information entered. Estimated, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or incorrect figures can materially change the result. Users should verify important inputs and use the application's measured, estimated, and unknown data indicators appropriately.

3. Revenue, margin, and profit are different

Axiom Engine may calculate revenue, contribution, margin, or estimated profit depending on the model and data supplied. Increased revenue does not necessarily mean increased profit. Taxes, overheads, financing costs, refunds, chargebacks, delivery costs, staffing, capacity, seasonality, and other factors may affect actual outcomes.

4. Business judgement remains with the user

Economic sensitivity does not automatically make a lever practical, desirable, lawful, or commercially appropriate. The user remains responsible for assessing operational feasibility, customer impact, capacity, ethics, legal obligations, and business risk before taking action.

5. Experiments and recommendations

Mechanisms, experiment ideas, checklists, and action plans are provided as decision-support material. They should be reviewed and adapted to the business concerned. Axiom Engine does not certify a tactic as suitable or guarantee that an experiment will improve performance.

6. AI prompts and third-party AI output

Axiom Engine may generate prompts for use with third-party AI services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the local application prepares those prompts but does not itself provide the external AI model. Third-party AI systems can make mistakes, invent information, or produce inappropriate recommendations. Review all AI-generated material before using or publishing it.

7. Agency and consulting use

Agency Mode can assist users in providing business-analysis and consulting deliverables to clients. It does not confer professional qualifications, regulated status, or specialist expertise. Agency users are responsible for the services they sell, the claims they make, the client information they handle, and the advice or implementation they provide.

8. No earnings or revenue guarantee

Examples, demonstrations, sample businesses, scenario outputs, opportunity estimates, and case-style illustrations are not earnings claims. Actual results vary and may be positive, negative, or neutral. No representation is made that any user will increase revenue, profit, conversion, retention, client value, or other business performance.

9. Demo data

Demo businesses and example figures inside Axiom Engine are fictional or illustrative unless expressly identified otherwise. They are designed to demonstrate software functionality and should not be treated as benchmarks or evidence of typical performance.

10. Independent professional advice

Where a decision involves material financial, tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, employment, investment, or other professional consequences, obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional who understands your specific circumstances.

11. External services and links

Links to third-party websites, AI platforms, payment providers, or related products are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, security, and policies are outside our control.
