Terms of Use

Effective date: 29 September 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of AxiomEngine.com, the Axiom Engine software, related materials, and any associated paid access, subscription, support, or downloadable resources. By purchasing, accessing, or using Axiom Engine, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business-use software

Axiom Engine is a business analysis, scenario modelling, experiment planning, reporting, and prompt-generation tool. It is intended to support business decision-making, not replace professional financial, accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice.

3. Subscription and access

Where Axiom Engine is offered on a recurring subscription, access continues while the subscription remains active and payments are current. Unless the checkout page states otherwise, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse charges already incurred, subject to applicable consumer law and any express refund or guarantee terms shown at checkout.

We may change prices, features, or plan structures for future billing periods by giving reasonable notice where required. Existing rights under applicable law are not affected.

4. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity occurring through your account. Access credentials may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used to provide unauthorized access to third parties.

5. Permitted use

Subject to your active plan and any additional license supplied with your purchase, you may use Axiom Engine for your own business and, where Agency Mode or client-service use is included, to analyze client businesses and produce reports, prompts, plans, and other client deliverables generated through the software.

Client-service permission does not give you ownership of the Axiom Engine software itself and does not grant the right to resell, rebrand, sublicense, distribute, host, clone, reproduce, or provide access to the software unless a separate written commercial, reseller, white-label, or similar license expressly allows it.

6. Outputs and client work

You are responsible for reviewing calculations, assumptions, reports, prompts, AI-generated material, and recommendations before relying on them or presenting them to a client. You are responsible for obtaining any client permission required to process or store their information and for ensuring that your own services, claims, agreements, and professional activities comply with applicable law.

Where the software offers branded or white-label report outputs, those rights apply to the generated deliverable only and do not by themselves grant white-label rights to the Axiom Engine application.

7. Project data and backups

Axiom Engine may save project data locally in your browser. You are responsible for downloading and securely storing portable project backups where the information matters. We are not responsible for loss caused by cleared browser storage, device failure, browser changes, accidental deletion, or failure to maintain a backup.

8. Third-party services

Axiom Engine may link to or prepare information for external services such as AI platforms, payment providers, membership systems, or other websites. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, security, outputs, or future changes.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use Axiom Engine unlawfully or in a manner that infringes another party's rights, compromises security, disrupts the service, attempts to bypass access controls, or facilitates fraud, deception, harassment, malware, unauthorized surveillance, or other prohibited conduct.

10. Intellectual property

Axiom Engine, its interface, software, underlying structure, branding, documentation, and supplied materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner(s), except for user-provided content and generated deliverables to the extent your license permits you to use them. No rights are granted except those expressly stated.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to maintain useful access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

12. No guarantee of results

Business outcomes depend on many factors outside the software's control. Axiom Engine does not guarantee increased revenue, profit, conversion, client acquisition, retention, or any other financial or commercial result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Engine and its operators will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or speculative loss arising from use of the service, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the service, infringement of third-party rights, or client-facing representations and services that you provide independently using Axiom Engine.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, non-payment, security risks, or unlawful use. On termination, your right to access the hosted software ends, although exported files already lawfully created remain subject to the license and obligations that applied when they were created.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the business operating AxiomEngine.com, subject to any mandatory rights available to you in your place of residence. Any specific governing-law or venue terms stated at checkout or in a separate written agreement will take precedence where applicable.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product, commercial model, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
